Yes, the caution/security deposit (the amount for each apartment is shown on the booking page) is fully refundable. It is returned within 48 hours of checkout, subject to a satisfactory apartment inspection. A cleaning fee applies (the amount for each apartment is shown on the booking page).

Cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in receive a full refund of the accommodation total, cleaning fee and add-ons. Within 7 days those are not refunded. The caution deposit is returned in full either way — unless you do not arrive, as a no-show forfeits both. For stays with at least one night falling in Standard nightly rate (Jan 1, 2025 – Dec 31, 2030), Daily Price (Dec 1, 2026 – Jan 9, 2027) and Festive season (Dec 15, 2026 – Jan 5, 2027), cancellations must be made at least 14 days before check-in.

For security reasons, the full address is not published online. You will receive the complete address, access instructions and check-in information by email before your arrival.

Same-day bookings are subject to availability and may not always be possible as we need time to prepare the apartment. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Contact us for urgent requests.
